Anyone suffering from the depletion of back pain can get some light relief with the help of some simple but effective back more exercises. I had pain in my back, and I was recommended these exercises are good doctors in specialty clinics more ago.
Lie down and Twist At The Hip
Lie on your back on the floor. Not directly on a hard surface, but something soft to protect your joints, as a soft mat or blanket. By the way, why it will not work if you try it on the bed. It seems that the bed is just too soft.
Now spread the right hand of 90 degrees to the body, as if you were sent away. Now raise your right knee to your right leg on a level with the left knee, but straight to the floor. Now turn your head to look at the right hand. Then, using his left hand to turn your right knee to you. Basically, the upper body, will continue to lie on the floor (back), and the lower body will turn on the base of your spine. Just rock the knee gently.
Now repeat with the other side.

Stand Up And Support
While standing, take your hand and place them on the hips, as if you were waiting for a bus with his fingers on the back and thumbs on the front.
Now move your hands further round back so that the tips of his fingers meet in the center of the back. Pins will be closer to the side now than at the front.
